Important shipping update
Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible.
What to expect:
- It is currently taking 2-4 business days for us to prepare orders for shipment.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
- After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands. They are working as quickly and diligently as possible to get your order to you even if your tracking may not reflect that the shipper has received your package.
- It may take 3-5 business days for the first scan to occur and for tracking information to update. We are also seeing many deliveries occur without stopping for a tracking scan, a measure that USPS and FedEx utilize to process your delivery faster.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures) for tracking information to update since shipping companies across the nation are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 protocols and high package volume.
- The shipper may deny that they have received your package, until the first scan occurs. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience during this unusual time.
- It may take up to 13-20 business days for orders to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- Our International shipping partners does not accept P.O. Box delivery addresses.
- International Shipping Rates:

- Packages will be delivered in 20-25 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING:
Your first shipment will use calculated shipping rates but recurring orders will follow the flat rate prices below. Larger orders get more benefit!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX SHIPPING:
- We cannot ship to international P.O. Box Addresses. All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
- We currently support shipments to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom
- Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
